You may book a routine face to face or telephone consultation appointment with a GP or ANP up to 28 days in advance.  For ongoing care, please do book well in advance; this is particularly recommended if the doctor has asked you to make a follow-up appointment.

The telephone lines open at 08:00 from Monday to Friday.

Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments are available up to three months in advance for a variety of appointments.

For the convenience of patients, GP appointments are also available to book on-line. A password can be obtained from reception (proof of identity required) Please click on the relevant icon on this website for access.

We also offer a limited number of ' extended hours ' appointments until 8.00pm on Tuesday & Wednesday that are very helpful for people who work during the day. Extended hours appointments are available with nurse as well as a doctor.

When attending for appointment at Highcroft Surgery after 6.30 pm or weekends please use the buzzer which is located on the right hand side of the entrance door.

Out of Hours

Out of hours emergency care is handled by 111 and if after assessment you require a face to face consultation you will be directed to the most appropriate service provider. Please phone the surgery on 0115 8832330 and your call will be automatically connected to 111.

You may also visit your local NHS Walk-in Centre, their nurse-led drop in centre is situated at Seaton House, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 4LA

Please remember that the Accident and Emergency Department is for urgent life threatening conditions and severe injuries only. If you attend inappropriately you may be waiting for a long period of time, may be advised to contact your GP for further treatment and may delay the care of patients requiring urgent attention.
